Palisades Zoysia

A thick, high-density Zoysia for home lawns, fairways and sports fields. Low maintenance, good in shade and drought, and quick to bounce back from foot traffic.

About Palisades Zoysia

Palisades is a medium-broad textured Zoysiagrass that grows into a dense, high-quality turf. You will find it in home lawns, on golf fairways and on sports fields.

It is low maintenance, with good shade and drought tolerance. It recovers quickly, so it holds up to heavy foot traffic. Palisades is sold as sod, not seed. For small repairs, ask about our Zoysia plugs.

How to care for Palisades Zoysia

Lay sod on moist, prepared soil and start watering the same day. Do not water sod while it is still on the pallet. You can usually mow after 10 to 14 days, once a gentle tug shows it has rooted.
